*Description*
Client JD: The process analyst evaluates and assesses various processes and composes specifics plans to use that analysis to improve business performance. These analysts gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analyses for future use in financial planning. A process analyst must excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, Systems thinking and decision making. The process analyst will: Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs. Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs. Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways. Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis Team Culture/ Work Environment *Small enterprise team that may be exposed to multiple areas of the business *Focused on understanding people process and technology *Builds work structured around Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies *Recommends fact-based solutions to operation and system opportunities Key Projects *Will depend on skillset, but key skills in structure data or knowledge of loan and lease lending processes are valued Possible Extension/Conversion? *Extension yes *No current conversion opportunity but possible if conditions change Daily Responsibilities *Meet with business and technology stakeholders *Evaluate current state *Apply critical thinking skills *Propose solutions to senior leaders *Monitor feedback Technology Requirements *Lean and Six Sigma *Agile Methodology *Financial Analysis tools *Technical / IT acumen *Knowledge of data and database structures *Proficiency in GPT like Copilot Degree or Certification required? *No Years of Experience *3-5 years experience *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Nice to Haves *Banking and finance experience *Exposure to IT Development Disqualifiers: *They need to have critical thinking skills *They need to have experience in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, etc) *Experience Level* Intermediate Level We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
