*Job Title:* Member Services - Call Center Rep (Healthcare)
*Location:* Position will start in Northridge, CA (100% Onsite). At the end of November 2025 this position will be moving to Canoga Park, CA (100% Onsite) *Pay:* $21 per hour (With room for growth) *Work Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM *Expected Start Date: * 10/21 * * *Job Description* Under general supervision, respond to telephone inquiries from Health Plans, and Providers/Billing offices to provide information and clarification relating to our services such as claims, eligibility, and resolving member inquiries. They will be transferring calls and pulling messages for the other reps in the department. * * *Work Environment* This will be a call center environment. You will have your own desk and cubicle. * * *Job Responsibilities:* *- *Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders. - Assist with inquiries related to benefits, claims, and general information. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. - Data entry. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system. - Average call volume a day is 75-100 calls a day * * *Qualifications/Must Haves:* *-* Must have experience answering incoming calls, explanation of benefits or insurance verification, and health plan knowledge is a must* * *-*Bilingual Spanish/English (Preferred not required) - High school diploma or equivalent experience - Previous call center or customer service experience required - Previous Medical and Healthcare administrative or customer service call center experience. - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. - Proficiency in using computer systems and databases. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
