The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Manager of Integrated Health Operations - Client Access is entrusted with the oversight and management of administrative and operations functions in CCH's health services or program access locations, focusing on delivering high-quality, client-centered care to vulnerable populations. This role requires a seasoned leader who excels in managing diverse teams across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep commitment to the underserved and homeless communities, coupled with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, including collaboration with medical staff, senior leadership, and other departments. Their leadership will ensure the smooth operation of integrated health services and the consistent delivery of compassionate care.Develops and manages administrative systems that continually improve the integrated operating environment at the new Integrated Stout Street Health Center.
