Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 Hours per week. This position has a rotating weekend requirement. Shifts scheduled Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and weekend between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic.

Pay:

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to:

  • Schedule complex appointments which require the coordination of multiple resources to complete scheduling for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
  • Evaluation of scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs.
  • Act as a liaison with leadership to determine scheduling resource needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of previous experience working in an office or customer service environment Required
  • 1 year or more electronic medical scheduling Preferred
