Clinical Social Worker Supervisor Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 86257BR Job Summary This position oversees the Crosscurrents team of the Citywide Focus Program. Crosscurrents has a focus on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, HIV positive and female clients. The incumbent provides direct supervision of case management staff (masters and bachelor level clinicians) and peer staff in close collaboration with the other three teams under Citywide Focus. Supervision of staff includes providing oversight of billing, charting, as well as quality and efficacy of services. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $115,500 - $173,300 (Annual Rate). Established in 1981, Citywide Case Management was a national model for clinical case management and originally based at clinics throughout the City (hence the name "citywide"). Community Focus, began in 1997 on the ZSFG campus, as a Single Point of Responsibility (SPR) program using an Assertive Community Treatment model. The combined program now serves 400 clients at any given point and is thus the largest single program providing ICM services in San Francisco. Our teams provide culturally specific services in multiple languages to African American, Chinese, Vietnamese, Latinx, Korean, Pilipino and LGBTQIA populations. Required Qualifications
