*What You'll Do:* As a Client Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our case processing operations. You'll work within CMS portals to manage and track cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing cases for eligibility and entering data into internal systems. * Preparing, tracking, and filing sensitive healthcare documentation. * Responding to client inquiries via email with professionalism and care. * Uploading and verifying medical records from external platforms. * Ensuring all required medical documentation is present and properly completed. * Collaborating with internal reviewers who assess treatment and diagnosis details to support insurance claim decisions. *Why This Role Matters:* You'll be part of the *Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) Team*, created in response to the *No Surprises Act*, helping protect patients from unexpected medical bills and ensuring fair claim evaluations. *What You Bring:* * Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. * Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance claims, and EMR systems. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * A dependable, self-motivated attitude and a private, reliable workspace. *Bonus Skills:* Experience with CMS portals, Salesforce CRM, and W365 Edge is a plus! *Requirements:* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Reliable internet connection and a private workspace. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
