The Impact You Will Have We are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Analyst to join our dynamic Employee Relations Team. This role provides day-to-day support to Employee Relations Principals and HR partners across a variety of employee relations (ER) matters. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing Tier 2 ER cases involving foundational issues such as attendance, performance, and policy interpretation. They will play a key role in supporting ER program work, including performance improvement plan documentation, wellness checks, and maintaining ER dashboards and the ER email mailbox. This position requires strong analytical and data manipulation skills, as well as the ability to manage case intake and determine appropriate escalation to an Employee Relations Principal. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where discretion and professionalism are essential. Your Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $67,500.00 - $83,100.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
