The Role: The Assistant Plant Controller will work across the organization and under limited supervision of the Plant Controller and Project Manager. The Assistant Plant Controller is a key member of the plant finance team with ownership of profitability improvement. To be successful in this role you should possess a strong knowledge of manufacturing cost flows and exceptional cost accounting skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work across the organization at all levels to gather data, apply problem solving techniques to identify root causes and direct corrective actions.
