Customer Service Rep

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you are the first line of defense for customers and clients, helping with questions, and providing information about products and services. They also take orders, modifications, and escalate complaints.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer Service, primarily first on phones most of the day
• Morning Paperwork-Correcting any mistakes that might have happened.
• Manage Shopify account
• Scrip and communicate back orders through VendorNet
• Fax and email orders
• Assist sales with questions, quotes or order entry
• Enter PHS Medical orders
• Send EPD PO's to WTN after the PHS orders are proofed
• Maintain HubSpot
• Update CCW Website inventory visibility as needed
• Follow up with customers regarding any questions they may have including ship dates, tracking information, customer pickup notifications, credit card or other payment issues
• Help with filing
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in a customer service role
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technology
• Excellent computer and data entry skills - including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usage
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills
