Staffmark is hiring a dedicated Assembler in Picayune, MS to support a respected client in high-level military manufacturing. This is your chance to join a mission-driven team in a climate-controlled facility where precision and quality truly matter.

Pay: $13.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Overtime as needed

What You'll Do:

• Lay out large materials for cutting and precise assembly
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and drawings
• Assemble components with consistency and accuracy
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance
• Join, align, and secure assembled parts per production requirements
• Perform physical tasks: lifting (up to 50 lbs), pulling, stooping, cutting, and standing for long periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively and follow supervisor directions

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of assembly or warehouse experience preferred
• Able to read a tape measure accurately and interpret technical diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physically capable of performing repetitive motion and manual labor tasks
