Manufacturing Associate - Machine Operator

Pay: $19.75/hr + Overtime

1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (OT required as needed)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate machines to smooth, groove, and shape production parts
• Assemble components to meet daily production goals
• Lift and handle parts weighing 7-8 lbs (approximately 100 times per shift)
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production standards

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a machine operator or in machining (required)
• Ability to stand for full 8-hour shifts and work overtime as needed
• Comfortable working some weekends
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Reliable and ready to learn
