CDL Class A Driver

Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Picayune, MS, and hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company offering local delivery routes and no overnight travel-you'll be home every day!

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Details:

• Route Info: Local delivery and pickup for a building supply yard
• Touch Freight: Yes - Load/unload building materials
• Hauling: Building supplies
• Unload the product using: Manual handling with proper lifting techniques
• Lifting up to: 75 lbs.
• Vehicle Type: Class A Commercial Vehicle | Local runs only

Job Duties:

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle for local deliveries and pickups
• Load and unload materials, assist with customer returns
• Provide outstanding customer service at every stop
• Follow delivery schedules, route directions, and safety guidelines
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operate with professionalism
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
• 1+ year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an outdoor environment
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-service oriented
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse report
