Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll assist with scheduling deliveries-no selling required-just great service and clear communication. Pay: $13.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Monday - Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Monday - Friday | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Tuesday - Saturday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Help customers schedule delivery dates and times
• Use phone, computer, and email systems to manage communication
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service
• No sales involved - strictly support-based service

What You'll Need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with basic computer functions (email, phone systems, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
