HX5 is currently seeking a Program Element Monitor (PEM) Support Specialist for the upcoming Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP) II opportunity. The positions will be located at The Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia, and may require some travel. A projected contract start date will be in December of 2025. We are recruiting now for this work so that we can begin upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advocate and spokesperson for a specific Program Element (PE) within the Department of Defense's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

  • Integrate information and coordinate functional concerns across using commands, the Air Staff, and acquisition commands.

  • Prepare and update budgeting documents.

  • Ensure the program aligns with strategic objectives and receives proper funding.

  • Analyze requirements for the following programs and integrate them into the Space Force PPBE System and requirements generation process:

    • Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP)

    • Tactically Responsive Space (TacRS)

    • Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.

Travel

This position may require up to 10% travel. This may include air travel.

Other Position Requirements

  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position.

  • Must be able to complete a U.S government background investigation.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance by date of hire.
