International Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage daily shipments via air, truckload, LTL, and local modes across the U.S. and internationally.
• Ensure on-time pick-ups, deliveries, and accurate documentation-every detail counts!
• Deliver top-notch customer service by keeping clients informed, solving issues quickly, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Create rate quotes, arrange freight, and assist with vendor websites to track shipments.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Support team projects, share updates, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

• Must have 2-3 years of related experience.
• BA preferred or work experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with internet/web-based applications.
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding regulations (TSA, C-TPAT, Hazmat a plus!).
• Ability to work efficiently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous experience in multimodal logistics or operations preferred.
