Staffmark is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associate at our premier client's location in Loves Park, IL! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent prospects for career and financial growth.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, dock scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Provide material support to production, ensuring timely and accurate supply.
  • Verify and record incoming/outgoing shipments, receipts, location moves, and finished products.
  • Operate warehouse machinery and perform system data entry.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and GMP/GWP standards.
  • Perform computer work, troubleshooting, and other duties as assigned.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications; basic math and recordkeeping skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP/GWP and warehouse safety practices (lockout/tagout, hazard communication).
  • Familiar with inventory management system.

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate forklifts (stand-up preferred).
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
