You'll help members manage their finances, promote our products and services, and build lasting relationships that improve their financial well-being. As a Contact Center Hybrid Specialist 1, you will be responsible for:



  • Deliver exceptional service to members via phone and video.
  • Educate members on Summit's products and services.
  • Resolve inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Refer members to appropriate departments or specialists.
  • Meet service and sales goals through structured training and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act/CIP regulations.


Job Specifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (1+ year in financial or contact center preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic financial calculations.
