Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruiting efforts and manage our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of talent acquisition - from strategy and compliance to execution and reporting - ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across all departments.

Hourly Rate: $47.00 - $55.00

Responsibilities



  • Lead and supervise the recruiting team to ensure timely and effective hiring practices.
  • Post job openings within 36 hours of final approval; advise on internal/external postings and advertising strategies.
  • Manage job ad purchases, ensuring alignment with projected headcount and budget.
  • Oversee relocation processes, approvals, and budget compliance; maintain relocation policy documentation.
  • Issue new hire and promotion announcements within one week of candidate start dates.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting trackers and reports (open/closed positions, WMM, bonuses, relocations, etc.).
  • Create and maintain SOPs for recruitment processes and company-wide recruiting training programs.
  • Ensure department staffing aligns with approved budgets for FTE and agency support.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics, trends, and team performance.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels: job boards, social media, networking, and agencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and manage recruitment-related expenses, ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal/state employment laws and company policies.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in recruitment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
