Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$79,000.00 to$131,600.00.

You Will

This role leads the region's efforts for driving profitable growth through Shoemobile events, Safety Footwear Centers, and Onsite Footwear locations. Build strong partnerships to facilitate success, which will allow Grainger to effectively extend our reach into our customer's locations and provide superior service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Shoemobile Sales Representatives who drive mobile shoe stores to industrial customer job sites on pre-scheduled appointments to service company safety shoe benefit programs.
  • Drives continuous improvement of the subsidy-supported footwear and MRO program by analyzing feedback and customer surveys, recommending enhancements, and supporting the implementation and communication of changes to team members and business partners.
  • Partner with the Sales team by providing Footwear offer expertise to exceed incremental sales growth expectations to meet return on investment for Footwear engagements
  • Serve as a Footwear advocate by building internal partnerships and communicating the program's value, helping business partners understand how it solves customer challenges and supports their goals.
  • Collaborates with Branch and Onsite Services teams to drive performance and ensure achievement of key operational metrics across In-plant and Branch locations.
  • Partners with Finance to track and evaluate the financial performance of Shoemobile and Onsite installations, ensuring alignment with established financial targets.

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics or Operations Management. Project Management Certification preferred, not mandatory
  • 5+ years in a people leadership role
  • Experience building relationships and communicating at all levels of the organization and external customers.
  • Experience with influencing and ensuring alignment with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements would be an asset.
  • Experience participating in strategic planning to improve footwear services and financial performance.
  • Ability to travel 2 weeks per month (40 to 50% travel) in the market (see below states) with Shoemobile Sales Reps
  • Can live in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, OK, OR, TX, UT, or WA
