Systems & Business Requirements Consultant

Genesis10 is seeking a Systems & Business Requirements Consultant for a 3 month contract position with our healthcare services client in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is 100% remote.

Compensation: $50.00 - 60.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.

Description:

• Participate in client discovery sessions to capture requirements in the formatted required for the project
• Contribute to development of future state process flows (Swim Lane Process Flow Diagrams)
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements (along with actors / roles) aligned with the business processes / process flow
• Translate business requirements into user stories and features at a high level of detail (that can be used for PI planning and t-shirt sizing)
• Identify high-level scope for QA / Testing scope of features and user stories
• Under facilitated leadership of project manager, support prioritization of features backlog

Required skillset:

• Experience with writing requirements for 2+ system implementation / product development projects
• 3+ years as a business analyst, product owner or other requirements-centric role
• 3+ years' experience writing features and user stories
• Proficient in terminology used across the healthcare payer value chain
• Familiar with healthcare payer processes (high level)

Desired skills

• Expertise and / or experience working with digital member communications, print and fulfillment capabilities
• Experience with Jira, Rally or a similar requirements tool
