Join our team as a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician!

At Gorman & Company, our people are the foundation of our success. We are seeking a Grounds & Light Maintenance team member to help keep our Denver-area communities safe, clean, and welcoming. This role is all about making a visible impact every day by caring for the property inside and out.

What You'll Do:

Complete daily property walks to ensure strong curb appeal
Perform lawn care, shrub trimming, and seasonal upkeep (snow removal, leaf cleanup, etc.)
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
Assist with light repairs, painting, and move-in readiness
Safely maintain and store equipment, tools, and supplies
Partner with the property team to support resident needs and property projects

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, or light maintenance experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Customer-focused with great communication skills
Flexibility to cover occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
