MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Valid driver's license.

EXPERIENCE:
1. One (1) year experience in the construction trades and/or vocational training (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, orwelding)

1. High School diploma or equivalent

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. 1.Responsible for providing laborer services for renovations and improvement projects performed by the facilities department.
2.Performs various construction activities as assigned by supervisor in accordance with policies and procedures and based on skill level and organizational needs.
3.Duties involve receiving, movement, relocation, storage and disposal of construction materials and equipment.
4.Other duties will involve relocation of furniture, records, equipment, and personnel as needed.
5.Fabricating, maintaining, updating, and installing new interior & exterior facility signage.
6.Additional duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, shoveling, and cleaning construction site.
7.Perform other duties as assigned.

1.Must be able to lift at least 100 pounds.
2.Ability to climb and work off of ladders, scaffolding or electric lifts and operate basic manual cleaning equipment.
3.Ability to drive single axle box truck.
