We are seeking a strategic and Director of Financial Crimes Risk Management leader to oversee our enterprise-wide Financial Crimes Risk Management program. This role serves as the designated BSA/AML/CFT Officer and is responsible for leading efforts to prevent, detect, and respond to financial crimes, including fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. The Director will drive the development and execution of policies, risk assessments, training, and compliance strategies across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in U.S. financial crime regulations (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FCPA), strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with regulators, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.
