As a Key Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our business success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Activation, Sales Support, and Finance, to ensure alignment of account strategies with broader business goals. Additionally,you'llengage directly with customers to foster strong partnerships andidentifynew growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building andMaintainingstrong relationships withdirectcustomers.

  • Actively Seek and Explorenew opportunities to expand product distribution in the market through Brick and Mortar and eCommerce channel

  • Customer Orders & Sales: Collaborate closely with buyers, external merchandisers, and internal customer service teams to secure orders and execute both short- and long-term sales plans.

  • Metingor exceeding Sales Targetsand contributing to the company's revenue goals.

  • Forecasting:Utilizeinternal tools and data sources to manage and refine account forecasts, ensuring maximum sales whileoptimizinginventory management.

  • Promotional Planning & Trade Execution: Lead the end-to-end promotional process, from planning through to execution, in collaboration with Brand Activation and Sales Support. Take ownership of the promotional budget and drive top-tier in-store and online activations.

  • Regular Store/Market Visits: Organize and conduct regular store visits to assess compliance, competitor activity, and overall execution at the store level.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, particularly with finance to ensure seamless coordination of accounts receivable (AR) processes, while fostering strong internal relationships.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop in-depth knowledge of retailer and market dynamics in the toy industry. Lead annual account planning efforts, creating long-term strategies that align with our goals for profitable growth.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and insights

  • Proven ability to work as a team player,utilizinginfluencing and leadership skills to make positive changes

  • Highly organized but adaptable with a positive attitude to change

  • Experience of problem solving and managing deadlines under pressure

  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel andPowerpoint)

Experience

  • 3+years experiencein Sales, workingdirectlywith key accounts

  • CooperationwitheCommerce customers

  • Solid account management experience
