Job Title: Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll play a key part in building high-quality products by following detailed assembly instructions and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:




  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.



  • Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet established standards.



  • Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.



  • Complete administrative tasks related to business and regulatory needs.



  • Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to Management.



  • Provide hands-on training to coworkers when needed.



  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient operations.




Qualifications:




  • Previous manufacturing or small parts assembly experience preferred, but not required.



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.



  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.



  • Good communication and teamwork skills.



  • Willingness to learn and train others.
