Salary Range

$128,600 - $168,000 annually plus 15% bonus potential

What You'll Do



  • Lead CAPEX investments and engineering projects to meet time, cost, and quality goals
  • Manage maintenance operations and implement best practices for preventive maintenance
  • Oversee departmental budgeting and resource planning
  • Collaborate across departments to support production, quality, safety, and plant expansion
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement and stable operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain ISO certifications
  • Manage vendor relationships and equipment installation/start-up events
  • Support root cause analysis, CAPA, and troubleshooting efforts



Qualifications



  • BS in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years in manufacturing or construction, preferably in aseptic or powder environments
  • 5+ years supervisory experience in maintenance or engineering leadership
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and ISO standards
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Willingness to be flexible with schedule and travel as needed
