  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs using the ticketing system.

Qualifications & Experience

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • 2-3 years of experience in service or maintenance engineering, particularly with electromechanical systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience within a service environment, handling customer interactions and troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently under tight schedules.

  • Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of experience in service or maintenance engineering, particularly with electromechanical systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience within a service environment, handling customer interactions and troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently under tight schedules.

  • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of AGV systems as directed by Service Supervisors and/ or Project Managers.
  • Travel to customer sites regularly, sometimes on short notice, to address technical issues and system deficiencies.
  • Execute electromechanical installation, hardware assembly, repairs, and troubleshooting for AGV components, including wiring and calibration.
  • Configure and update software for AGV system parts, ensuring correct functionality.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs using the OMR ticketing system.
  • Conduct technical activities such as fault diagnostics, software testing, hardware calibration, and system performance analysis.
  • Review and interpret technical documentation and schematics to solve system issues and provide updates as necessary.
  • Observe and assess system performance, identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on system performance data to assist in troubleshooting and improving AGV functionality.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for system improvements based on service activities, collaborating with the wider technical team to develop maintenance plans.
  • Offer guidance to customers' technical teams on maintaining and operating AGV systems as directed.
  • Professionally represent OMR during customer interactions and site work.
  • Actively participate in Oceaneering's safety and quality programs.
