Job Description:

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, in the early steps of their career. As the CRM Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Supporting business analytics and business performance insights.
• Tracking and updating action items for ongoing business programs.

• Strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to drive successful program outcome.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program objectives, scope and requirements.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and resource allocation; Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
• Create regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings, market opportunities, and recommended actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
• Working experience in business performance analytics, and business performance improvement initiatives.
