The Midland Division Salvation Army Shelter located in Columbia, Missouri, is looking for an individual who would like to apply their experience as a Intake and Assessment Specialist. This is a part- time 20 per week. 602 N Ann Street Columbia, MO Job Objective It will complete client intake and enter and review daily data and output originating through case management. Perform data processing duties necessary to support case management database and provide reports internally and externally. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with data management training and one (1) years' experience in data entry. Combination of training and experience will be considered. Requires strong computer skills with knowledge and experience working in software applications to include databases, word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate good time management skills. Being a self- starter in work performance and well organized in task prioritized is a plus. Attention to details is required. Physical and Working Conditions Capable of performing the above essential duties in an office environment to include using a computer, answering phones, etc. Capable of occasionally lifting 20 pounds. Most work will be indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. |
