Description POSITION SUMMARY The Imaging Solutions team is responsible for the management of Imaging Solutions strategies within CU*Answers and among their credit union clients. Imaging Solutions developers work with the Imaging Solutions VP of Professional Services and the rest of the Imaging team to implement the strategies, features, and integrations necessary for our product offerings. The team coordinates with eDOC Innovations and other partners on product design and development, SDLC, and release management for all products and services. Imaging programmers also work with other programming teams within CU*Answer to integrate imaging and other solutions with other CU*Answers products and services. The Programmer is responsible for supporting, building, expanding, and integrating various applications written on a variety of platforms including JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, C#, and other technologies as needed. The position also requires an understanding of the CU*Answers SDLC and QC processes and an affinity for strong relationships between partner development processes. The ability to apply independent judgment is critical in managing complex tasks and making decisions that directly impact the organization's success. This includes assessing situations, analyzing available information, and evaluating potential risks and benefits to determine the best course of action. The individual in this role is expected to make well-informed decisions without constant supervision, addressing challenges with confidence and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. This function involves balancing competing priorities, managing ambiguity, and handling urgent or sensitive matters with discretion. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
