About the Role

You're Good At



  • Managing event approvals and contracts with precision and efficiency
  • Building strong partnerships with regional show organizers
  • Utilizing technology tools (like Cvent) to streamline processes
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the team


You Might Also Have



  • A year of experience in planning or project management
  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry or collaborating with medical societies
  • Skills in negotiating contracts and sourcing services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • A passion for enhancing customer service and client experience
  • Openness to travel

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sr. Regional Program Coordinator is between $58,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
