Enterprise IT Lead - " W-TRS", Orlando, Florida

Overview:

The Enterprise IT Manager is responsible for leading a team that delivers assured information access to the global W -TRS enterprise, controls all IT assets, maintains and improves program networks, data centers, and interfaces, manages end user experiences, and ensures cybersecurity across a zero-trust multi-domain enterprise. This responsibility includes comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, be proficient with Department of Defense Risk Management Framework and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, and have demonstrated successful experience managing a large, distributed team across multiple time zones. The manager will also work closely with Integrated Product Teams to ensure that assets, services, policies, and documentation are responsive to interna; and external stakeholders, including IT staff, end-users, and external auditors.

Job Description:

*Lead a team that provides global IT services.

*Design, maintain, and upgrade the W -TRS program's global IT infrastructure.

*Coordinate the W -TRS program IT services and assets within the V2X IT enterprise, to include Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification.

*Prepares project execution plans and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.

*Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment.

*Coordinate and maintain internal and external communication with development/user organizations.

*Control all IT assets and ensure their compliance with latest security patches.

*Manage end user experiences in coordination with Information System team.

*Plan, execute, and continuously ensure cybersecurity of the IT enterprise, assets, and data across a set of internal and external end users.

*Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company and organizational standards.

*Establish procedures for conducting audits and quality checks on existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information

*Stay current with industry trends and developments in IT documentation practices. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in technology, processes, and procedures

*Work closely with Integrated Product Teams to document new systems, maintain or secure Authorities to Operate, implementations, and upgrades throughout their projects' lifecycles.

*Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders to develop and execute communication action plans to introduce changes to our IT services and make the transition(s) smoother.

*Provide training and support to IT staff on documentation processes and tools.

*Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where innovation as well as continuous learning and improvements are encouraged.

Education / Certifications:



    *Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Technical Communications, Computer Science, or related field.

    *SECRET Clearance required

    *Masters' Degree in fields listed above preferred

    *PMP certification preferred

    Required Experience :



    • At least 10 years of proven experience in IT Program Management.
    • At least 5 years of experience effectively managing or leading a global distributed IT enterprise team.
    • Experience with design, build, sustainment and upgrade of large IT infrastructure projects.
    • Extensive knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards, including CMMC.


    Experience in cross domain and zero trust environments.

    *Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

    *Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex IT systems and processes, identify documentation needs, and propose effective solutions.

    *Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    *Lead a team of IT professionals at 24 dedicated locations, with mobility across an additional 375 locations worldwide.

    *Plans and prepares budget estimates for IT projects

    *Supports Integrated Product Teams with planning and budgeting for IT needs.

    Servers and network equipment, computers and workstations, mobile end user devices, Army Live Virtual and Constructive training systems, Information System for Integrated Training Environment (InSITE), documentation software, commercial and defense software suites, communication tools, version control systems, diagraming tools, storage solutions, documentation templates, printers, and reference/training materials.
