Position Title: Assembler Wage: $18.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Thursday Detail-oriented and safety-focused Assembler with hands-on experience using jigs, air ratchets, and bending machines to produce high-quality components. Proven ability to interpret blueprints, follow production schedules, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Known for precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality and workplace efficiency. Physically capable, reliable, and ready to contribute from day one. Assembler Responsibilities: - Use jigs to align and secure brackets onto channels - Assemble components using an air ratchet and other power tools as necessary - Operate a bending machine to shape channels according to blueprint or job specifications - Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy - Follow production schedules, instructions, and safety guidelines - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements For Assembler: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred - Experience using air ratchets and bending machines is a plus - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines - Good manual dexterity and the ability to stand for extended periods - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
