System Analyst II (part-time) - TEAS

Job Overview:

Performs intermediate-level systems analysis in support of MANPRINT test and evaluation missions, coordinating with government test officers and engineering teams to plan, monitor, and assess test data accuracy and performance metrics across multiple weapon systems.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent reviews of test plans, data collection forms, and incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data reduction and analysis for RAM and MANPRINT domains (e.g., Human Factors, System Safety, Health Hazards, Survivability).
• Integrate data from multiple sources (ATIRS/RITA, DART, Excel workbooks) into test reports and presentations.
• Support scoring conferences and In-Process Reviews (IPRs); prepare technical inputs for briefings and RAM summaries.
• Trace requirements and results in analysis tools (e.g., DOORS) and recommend re-runs or re-tests as needed to verify validity.
• Maintain secure handling of classified data in accordance with AR 380-5 and STEWS-MTD SOP 380-190.
• Mentor System Analyst I staff and assist with training on test methods and data management procedures.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Physical Science, or Math and 5+ years of test and evaluation or systems analysis experience (or equivalent education/experience combination).
• Strong Excel and database skills; proficient in statistical analysis and data visualization; experience with requirements management tools and DoD test reporting systems.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-1472 (Human Engineering), MIL-STD-882 (System Safety), and DA Pam 73-1 (Test & Evaluation in Support of System Acquisition).
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II credential, preferred.
