 We're seeking a visionary Chief Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic evolution of our enterprise technology landscape. This senior leadership role blends deep technical expertise with sharp business insight to drive digital transformation across the organization. You will work closely with C-level executives and business leaders to architect scalable, future-ready solutions across core domains-including Go-to-Market (GTM) systems, ERP modernization, AI enablement, and the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process.
 
 As a key member of the technology leadership team, you'll be responsible for aligning enterprise architecture with our most critical business goals: growth, efficiency, and innovation.

 Business Alignment & Strategy
 
 
 
 Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product leaders to translate business goals into scalable architectural strategies.Ensure technology initiatives are directly aligned with outcomes such as revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.Facilitate executive workshops to prioritize architectural investments based on ROI and business value.
 Enterprise Application & GTM Architecture
 
 
 
 Develop and maintain a unified enterprise blueprint across CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and marketing platforms, including:GTM Stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Marketo, GainsightERP/Finance: SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, WorkdayBilling: Zuora, Stripe, Chargebee, DealHubLead application portfolio rationalization to reduce complexity, eliminate redundancy, and improve agility.
 Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Transformation
 
 
 
 Architect and integrate the full L2C lifecycle-from lead generation and quoting to billing, revenue recognition, and collections.Optimize workflows and data flows across GTM, Finance, and Delivery functions through seamless system integration.Drive automation and scalability across quoting, contracting, invoicing, and financial reporting processes.
 AI Strategy & Enablement
 
 
 
 Define and execute an enterprise AI roadmap focused on predictive insights, automation, and decision intelligence.Collaborate with data science teams to deliver AI use cases such as:Sales forecastingChurn predictionPersonalized marketingIntelligent case routingEnsure AI initiatives are ethically governed, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
 Technology Modernization & Architecture Patterns
 
 
 
 Lead the shift from legacy systems to modular, cloud-native, event-driven, and API-first architectures.Establish reusable integration and data-sharing patterns using platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.Champion modern architecture principles including composability, microservices, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
 Governance & Standards
 
 
 
 Maintain architecture frameworks aligned with TOGAF or similar standards.Chair the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to assess technical proposals for strategic fit, risk, and cost-effectiveness.Govern architectural decisions across infrastructure, application, data, integration, and security domains.
 Leadership & Executive Collaboration
 
 
 
 Lead, mentor, and align a high-performing team of domain and solution architects.Regularly brief the CIO and executive stakeholders on architecture strategy, progress, and KPIs.Represent enterprise architecture in board-level meetings, major transformation initiatives, and M&A due diligence.
 What We're Looking For
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 15+ years in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or digital transformation rolesProven experience leading architecture across GTM systems, ERP, and finance technology domainsDeep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service), ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and billing solutionsSuccessful track record delivering AI-driven capabilities and ML-powered business solutionsExpertise in cloud-native architectures, event-driven design (e.g., Kafka, Snowflake), and enterprise integration platformsExceptional leadership, communication, and executive influence skills
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Azure AI)Knowledge of privacy-by-design, zero-trust architecture, and secure-by-default principlesMBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or BusinessExperience with business capability modeling and value stream architecture
