 Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth; building & executing annual customer business plans across multiple merchants for Walmart & Sam's ClubContribute to strategic annual business plans and track to achieve or exceed net sales targetsOmnichannel marketplace awareness and business application understandingUtilize syndicated/other customer data sources to manage and inform strategic and tactical plansEffective KPI and trade budget management and visibilityResponsible for monthly and quarterly sales forecast planning, accuracy and effectively communicating business performance and needs Accelerate Team Performance 
 Inspire and lead if appropriate, direct reports and/or cross-functional field support teams to maximize effectiveness, in accordance with JMS resonant leadership expectationsManage with appropriate interpersonal styles and approaches to gain acceptance of ideas or plans and serve as agent of change in leadershipSound knowledge of company financials, accounting procedures, trade financials, personnel policies and procedures Strategic Partnerships 
 Drive strategic partnership and long-term focus with all internal & external stakeholdersManagement of Customer P&L, requires strong understanding of P&L key metrics and business knowledge to receive and provide directions on opportunities to improve profitabilityOwn business planning process working closely with cross-functional business partnersLead cross-functional initiatives driving accountability and ownershipDemonstrates an ability and interest in continuously raising awareness of the customer needs Customer Development

 Bachelor's degree10+ Years Sales Experience with 7+ Years of customer facing, proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsStrong Customer Management Skills- use of syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or IRI with sound understanding of Walmart systems and processes (Retail link/Scintilla, Item creation and maintenance, Pricing and feature execution, line review processes and general store operations processes)Understanding of P&L Management, Category Management, Trade Promotion Management, Pricing Structures and Trade TermsResides close to Bentonville (Relocation Assistance Provided) Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
