We are seeking a Master's level intern to support our Organizational Development team. The ideal candidate will be based onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, Greenville, SC, or Charlotte, NC.

What You'll Do:

Develop Training Programs and Events. Work with local management to plan, develop and deploy training programs and events. Develop comprehensive assessment tools for training programs and apprenticeship programs.

Partner with our Management Teams. Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts throughout the division. Partner with our business leaders to identify training needs, and implement sustainable solutions.

Utilize the LMS. Become familiar with our Learning Management System. Run reports and input training information into the system.

Workforce Planning. Partner with our management teams and HR to identify succession planning needs throughout the organization, identify key openings, and high-potential employees.

Prepare Reports. Prepare and analyze reports related to talent acquisition data and trends, e.g. recruitment metrics, employment metrics, etc., including reports for management, as requested.

Provide Support. Assist HR Administrators and Managers with Organizational Development initiatives to further enhance the organization.

Learn the Business. Meet with key stakeholders across different business units. Attend corporate OD calls and help drive training initiatives across the division.

Travel: Willingness to travel is required; up to 50% of the role may require travel depending on business needs. Travel will be isolated to the Southeast, primarily in South Carolina, Georgia, and potentially Birmingham.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Education. A bachelor's degree is required. Candidates currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Management, or an MBA from an accredited institution are preferred.

Experience. Previous internship or work experience in a role related to Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred but not required..

Interpersonal Skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have instructional design skills and large group presentation skills. Must have the ability to develop relationships throughout the organization. Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Organizational Skills. Must have excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Technology Skills. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Gmail.

Functional Knowledge. Must have knowledge in the tools and practices of Organization Development and Training.

Time Management Skills. Must have the ability to prioritize and deliver several initiatives in short time frames.
