Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As aSenior IAM Analyst, you will manage and optimize access control processes, address complex challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance security and efficiency. This senior role goes beyond the responsibilities of an analyst by focusing on more complex assignments, providing strategic recommendations, and influencing access management strategies at a higher level. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align access management practices with RBC's security standards while contributing to the globalization and standardization of these processes.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate IAM support for projects to ensure efficient execution, alignment with organizational goals, and compliance with security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement secure access models.
  • Support audits, risk management initiatives, and access reviews.
  • Identify gaps in workflows and recommend automation and process improvements.
  • Develop and propose solutions for complex access management challenges.
  • Manage and optimize access control processes usingSailPoint,Active Directory, and other tools.
  • Analyze and fulfill access requests, providing recommendations for workflow improvements.
  • Maintain and updateAccess Control Policiesand documentation.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Advanced proficiency withSailPoint,Active Directory, andServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge ofPowerShellscripting andConfluence.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g.,SailPoint,Microsoft) and a degree in IT or a related field are preferred.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $50,000-$90,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
