Helping Our People Thrive - wellbeing ensures our employees feel seen, heard and valued Steelcase offers competitive wages and benefits, to support your life in and out of work Hybrid work schedule means you have a say in where you work whether that is in the office, at home, or somewhere in between Learning is the foundation of everything we do, and there is no shortage of development opportunities to grow and upskill Culture is a lifestyle at Steelcase, and we live it every day Opportunity to make an impact on the world through Steelcase's commitment to people and planet Supporting Meaningful Work - work brings deeper motivation, purpose and fulfillment to our lives Build and nurture relationships within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community to uncover new business opportunities Collaborate closely with dealer partners to support selling activities and showroom engagement Host client visits, lead showroom tours, and support proposal development (RFPs) alongside the team Plan and execute events at design firms and other industry organizations, including logistics and hospitality Maintain CRM updates and attend internal trainings to stay aligned with team goals and tools Partner with internal teams including Client Business Managers, Architectural Solutions Consultants, and SWAT members to drive market growth Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of sales experience Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills Flexibility to attend morning and evening networking events (1-2 nights/week) Comfortable with basic administrative tasks (e.g., CRM updates, event planning) Team-oriented mindset and experience in a collaborative selling environment Desired Skills and Experience Strong existing relationships within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community Ability to connect with emerging designers and influencers Experience working with dealer partners and showroom engagement Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this role is $91,400 - $114,200 - $142,800 and you will be eligible for profit sharing bonus and a sales incentive plan.
