Responsibilities include: Data Analysis & Reporting Gather, understand, and integrate healthcare data from multiple sources (EHRs, claims, patient surveys, etc.) Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to support value-based care initiatives Develop dashboards and visualizations to track performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS, STAR ratings, cost/utilization trends) Performance Measurement Support quality improvement and population health efforts by identifying trends and gaps in care Evaluate the impact of care models and pilot programs on patient outcomes and cost savings Collaboration & Communication with stakeholders to understand and build models/reports for their needs Work closely with clinical, IT, and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner Power BI Tool Development & Automation Assist in building automated reporting tools and real-time dashboards Support the development of predictive models and risk stratification tool We seek Rebels who are curious about AI and its power to transform how we operate and serve our members. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in data, Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics, or a related field Experience: 1-3 years in a healthcare data analyst or similar role, preferably in a value-based care or population health setting Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI Familiarity with Python, R, Snowflake is a plus Experience with EHR systems and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) Strong ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights Understanding of healthcare quality metrics and value-based care models Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities What's in it for you?
