We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager for development to manage/lead .NET applications with strong .NET development experience to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with deep expertise in designing and building robust, scalable, and secure backend services. In addition to technical proficiency, candidates should have proven experience managing development teams, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring engineers to achieve project goals and professional growth. This role is crucial to our cloud-native strategy and requires a strong background in ASP.NET Core, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and containerization. You will be a key contributor in an agile environment, responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that leverage the full power of the Azure cloud platform. Work Location

Development & Architecture Lead the design and development of scalable and secure applications using ASP.NET Core and C#. Cloud & DevOps Quality & Collaboration What We Look For in a Candidate
Required Skills & Qualifications * 10+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend services. * Expert-level proficiency in ASP.NET Core, C#, and the .NET Framework (6/7+). * Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. * Hands-on experience with Azure or another major cloud platform (AWS, GCP). * Strong practical knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline automation using Azure DevOps, Git, and version control strategies. * Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes (or another container orchestration tool). * Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB). * Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest. * Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Professional certification from Microsoft, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400). * Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka). * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates. * Exposure to frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
