  • Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital (specializes in surgical services, diagnostic imaging and pain management, offering state-of-the-art MRI, computed tomography and myelography technology.

Responsibilities

  • The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting and directing the patients and public upon their arrival at the hospital.
  • Processes all admitting paperwork for all preadmission, surgical patients, outpatient procedures, emergency room, and direct admissions.
  • Answer multi-line switchboard in a pleasant, professional manner and giving information to callers or transfer them to the appropriate person according to their needs.
  • The ability to multi-task is essential for a success.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • One year of hospital / medical office accounts receivable or banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
