JOB SUMMARY The Sales Administrator at Authentix plays a key role in supporting sales and marketing operations. Responsibilities include managing promotional items, coordinating customer visits, and providing light administrative support to four executives, particularly around travel and meetings. The role also involves maintaining sales pipeline forecasts, handling intermediary and agent contracts, and verifying quarterly commission reports. Additional duties include working with legal on confidentiality agreements and contract amendments, tracking contract lifecycles, managing promotional inventory, and supporting CRM lead cycle reporting in HubSpot. The administrator also assists with planning visits from customers and government delegations, supports marketing projects, and performs other tasks as directed by the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. This position requires close collaboration across departments and contributes significantly to the success of daily sales operations and marketing execution across brand protection, government, and central bank business lines.
