You will ensure operators are trained to the highest standards and able to contribute to the safe, efficient, and accurate production of rivets. You will report to the Production Supervisors and Production Manager. You will, * Collaborate with Training and Development Specialist to develop and deliver training materials including manuals, presentations, and hand-on training to new collation operators. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (AS APPLICABLE):
Your job location for this role will be at our advanced manufacturing facility in New Hudson, United States (US).
