Position Summary The Manager of Legal Assistants is responsible for ensuring effective coordination between attorney teams and legal support. This role involves day-to-day management, training and development of legal support staff, including monitoring utilization and ensuring that attorney teams are supported. Additionally, this role will manage adherence to Firm policies and procedures and work with the Director, Legal Assistants and People Advisory to manage performance issues.
