 As a Senior Specialist, Transportation in Managed Transportation at RXO, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and drivers before, during and after the call.  Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviation from the run scheduleAnswer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and take care of their needsCall and get updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch systemCommunicate any issues with customers/driversManage driver and customer paperworkPerform data entry and track-and-trace duties At a minimum, you'll need: 
 2 years of experience in the transportation industry It'd be great if you also have: 
 High school diploma or equivalentSignificant experience with Microsoft OfficeStrong driver and customer interaction experienceExcellent phone communication skillsAn aptitude for business with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Does this sound like you?
