Job Summary The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing revenue-generating customer journeys and email programs across the full lifecycle-from onboarding to upsell, cross-sell, retention, and win-back. This role will focus heavily on email and CRM strategy, database health, segmentation, and automation to ensure every campaign delivers measurable business impact. You will partner across Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Sales to build journeys that are data-driven, scalable, and revenue-focused, ensuring each customer interaction contributes to engagement, conversion, and growth.
