Overview:

Project Coordinator Blood Doner-Recruiter

  • Administrative
  • Collections logistics (donor room and mobile blood drives)
  • Coordinate blood collections.
  • Maintain schedules.
  • Maintain coordinator relationships.
  • Maintain promo items.
  • Build Community Relations & Partnerships
  • Create and foster new relationships.
  • Promote new BD within Mercy
  • Partner with departments around Mercy
  • Partner with Media Relations to promote "awareness weeks"

Qualifications:

  • Minumum Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year in project coordination or in an administrative role managing schedules, projects, and work deliverables.
  • Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Proficient in managing spreadsheets and databases. * Capable of managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines. * Demonstrates the ability to partner and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals across the organization. * Maintains a disciplined and professional demeanor at all times. * Outstanding communication capabilities, marked by a high level of professionalism and presence. * Skilled in operations and project management.* Exhibits strong organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability travel within 60 mile radius within Mercy Ministry may be required.
