As the Aerospace Operations Director for the USCA region will oversee and increase the operations of ASC (Application Support Center) Network, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your role will involve strategic planning, continuous improvement, and collaboration with multiple departments to achieve both commercial and operational strategies and goals. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. or Atlanta, GA. You will report to the General Manager Aerospace America's Key Responsibilities
Lead the Application Support Centers in Seattle, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Philadelphia and Toronto Manage the Operations and CMS Manager at each site Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety and quality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor and review Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance and prepare sites to ensure conformance to EHS performance standards. Implement continuous improvement plans to maintain a risk-free manufacturing environment. Ensure facility is prepared for Corporate EHS audits Work with the HR to create job descriptions, hire qualified personnel, and oversee employee training programs. Define, implement, and revise operational policies to ensure smooth business operations. Oversee the management of the ASCs, that are structured as cost centers and monitor company and manufacturing costs and conduct budget reviews to maximize profits. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability Ensure that we run with legality and conformity to established regulations. Develop, monitor, and drive improvement through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead corrective actions for deviations from plans Evaluate overall performance by analyzing data and metrics. Collaborate with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals Plan and monitor the daily running of the business to ensure goals are met. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma principles to lead cost reduction Manage capital projects and investments to support operational goals. Develop strategies for operational functions Align processes and standardize operations across the network Standardize equipment across facilities. Evolve the network to use strengths and space for optimal product mix Collaborate with supply chain and large plant operations directors to develop action plans Develop and execute new growth directives. Anticipate technological industry changes and review opportunities to enhance operations Partner with the Supply Chain Region Manager and Plant Managers Develop action plans for network and larger manufacturing facilities optimization. Manage internal procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction Ensure that customer service standards are met across all facilities.
Qualifications

Candidates must have or be eligible to obtain top secret clearance *Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, engineering is ideal 10 + years of operations and engineering experience in discrete manufacturing with experience in highly regulated, low volume, high mix engineered products setting 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
