Our residential and treatment foster care programs serve youth, ages 12 - 21. We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will ensure our program's adherence to regulatory guidelines, conducting internal audits and managing and maintaining compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, and overall supporting continuous improvement across our programs. Position Summary: The Compliance Coordinator supports the agency in assigned areas of compliance to ensure all licensing and regulatory agency monitoring and reporting requirements are satisfied. Starting pay range at $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 Primary responsibilities: Data Maintenance, Reporting & Input
Surveying, Audits & Compliance
Client File Monitoring and Maintenance
Clerical & Admin Support
Supervision (as applicable), of administrative assistant staff at the agency. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required by Nexus. Understand and support the Nexus philosophy and treatment modalities. Understand, upload, and comply with all Nexus policy and procedures regarding client confidentiality.
